I am working in gene bank at germination case team for 8 year until now by doing germination cease team work like germination test (testing of viability of the crop), regeneration and multiplication.
 Supervise staff activity (Preparation for weekly staff report on germination test result and field activity (regeneration and multiplication)
 Recording data to data base after viability of the crop is tested
 Supervising the work monitoring test by checking the data of crop and shelf life of the crops to preparing for monitoring, regeneration and multiplication
