I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Psychometrics & Statistics at the Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences, University of Groningen(RUG), The Netherlands. Before this position, I was a Lecturer of Statistics/Stochastics for the (Applied) Mathematics program at the Faculty of Science and Engineering of RUG. Before joining RUG, I worked as an Assistant Professor in Statistics at Kotebe Metropolitan University(KMU), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. I was also a Director of the University and Industry Linkage and Technology Transfer Directorate of KMU.
